| If you like to exchange a item, send the item unused with all tags and box in original condition to: Fabfive24 - Fahrstr.8 - 63450 Hanau. You will have to pay for shipping and pay for the half of the shipping cost back to you.
If the send item does not match the order we gladly refund you for shipping. We do not take back: Underwear, Cd´s, Movies, personalised Items. If you send back shoes use extra box for shipping. |

| We do not carry and never will department store stuff. This means that we are working with small brands and companys. They do not have unlimited stock. And nobody wants to run around in the the same gear? So choose you brand and item asap it might be sold out next week! |

| First of all, we only sell original new gear from official distributions or the original brands. We have no fakes, seconds. Lots of items on Ebay are not official brand items and are not available on high street and Quality is poor. We deliver what you pay for! You work hard for you money. We are located in Hanau, Germany since 89 with a high street storefront and 160 qm! If you´re around we like to see you! |

| 15. 16. Why do I get some Items in the USA cheaper? |
| Might be, but be informed that you have to pay up to 20% customs fee and the applicable sales tax in your country. Plus shipping which can add up to 30 €! But are you sure you will get your stuff after you send your money to the states? Are sure that you are getting original merchandise? That the merchandise is non defective? If you have to send it back you can expect a shipping fee up to 50€! And the paid customs fee and sales tax are gone! Is it worth wile? |
